Sandra Richardson is the Director of Chrysalis Coaching. A Professional Certified Coach (PCC, CPCC) and member of the International Coach Federation, she has coached hundreds of people in organisations and privately since 1994.
Sandra leads professional coach training programmes across Europe for the Coaches Training Institutute (CTI), the largest and best respected coach training organisation in the world.
She works with companies to improve business effectiveness by focusing on both the development of the individual and the business objectives of the organisation. She has recently worked with executives in companies such as BT, Fidelity, Universal Music and Tube Lines and runs development courses for Women In Banking & Finance’s Personal Excellence Programme.
She enjoys working with individuals who want to make positive changes in their lives and specialises in helping people improve their self confidence, careers, relationships and work/life balance.
Prior to establishing Chrysalis Coaching, Sandra was a Career Development Manager for blue chip company ICL/Fujitsu and consequently has extensive experience of managing change and facilitating communications in the corporate sector.
